5. Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Placement
All bets placed on Suerte99 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake, and all other details before confirming. Suerte99 is not responsible for bets placed in error.
5.2 Odds and Payouts
Odds are displayed in decimal format and represent your total return per unit staked, including your original stake. Potential payout is calculated by multiplying your stake by the displayed odds at the time of bet confirmation. Suerte99 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, and any bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.
5.3 Bet Voidance
Suerte99 may void a bet under the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled or abandoned before completion and not rescheduled within the specified timeframe.
- The bet was placed on manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.
- Evidence of match manipulation or event irregularities is confirmed by an official body.

Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
5.4 Live Betting

5.5 Parlay Bets
Parlay (multi-bet) selections are combined at multiplied odds. If any leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections. If all selections in a parlay are voided, the stake is returned.

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, Suerte99 may withhold or forfeit any balance held in that account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via a supported payment method following KYC completion.
12.2 By the Player

Any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Please note that self-exclusion requests are treated separately and remain active even after an account closure request — they cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
