Who We Are

A Platform Built From the Ground Up for the Philippines

Suerte99 started with a straightforward observation: most online betting platforms serving the Philippines were built somewhere else, for someone else. They got localised later — payment methods bolted on, peso support added as an afterthought, Filipino customer service sitting behind a third-party call centre that didn't know MLBB from a baseball glove. That was the gap Suerte99 was built to close.

From day one, the platform was designed with Filipino bettors at the centre. That means GCash and Maya as primary payment options, not optional add-ons. It means odds on MPL-PH opening days ahead of the game, not hours. It means customer support agents who understand the local context — who know what you mean when you ask about specific MLBB team's current form, or why your InstaPay deposit is showing a different timing than your GCash one.

At Suerte99, the word "suerte" isn't just a brand name — it's a mindset. Yes, luck is always part of the game. But we believe that a well-informed betor with access to the right tools, fair odds, and a trustworthy platform can put themselves in a consistently better position. That's what we're here to provide.

Our Mission: To give every Filipino bettor — whether they're backing Gilas Pilipinas, watching the MLBB Grand Finals, or spinning jackpot slots — a platform that's honest, fast, and genuinely built with them in mind.

Our Journey

How Suerte99 Grew Into What It Is Today

Growth at Suerte99 has always been deliberate, not accidental. Every expansion — new market, new payment method, new product category — happened because actual players were asking for it.

Early Days

Sports Betting Foundation

Suerte99 launched as a focused sportsbook targeting Filipino basketball fans. NBA and PBA were the core products, with decimal odds and GCash support from day one. The early community of bettors who found us told friends — and the word spread.

Expansion Phase

Esports and Casino Added

As the Philippine esports scene exploded — particularly around Mobile Legends — Suerte99 expanded into esports betting with dedicated MPL-PH markets. Online casino products, including slots and live baccarat, followed shortly after based on consistent player requests.

Platform Growth

Mobile Platform Overhaul

Recognising that the majority of Filipino bettors access Suerte99 on a smartphone, we rebuilt the mobile experience from the ground up. Faster load times, a cleaner bet slip, and better live odds displays made a measurable difference in how players experienced the product.

Today

500,000+ Members and Growing

Suerte99 now serves over half a million registered members across the Philippines. We continue to expand our esports coverage, improve payout speeds, and develop tools that help our community bet smarter and stay in control.

Our Values

What We Stand For at Suerte99

Every platform makes promises. Here's how Suerte99's core values actually show up in how we operate day-to-day.

Transparency

Odds margins are competitive and clearly implied through the prices we show. There are no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals through any of our supported payment methods. If something affects your bet, we communicate it clearly.

Fairness

Suerte99 uses independent odds pricing and fair settlement rules that are documented in our Terms and Conditions. When edge cases come up — and they do — our support team resolves them based on the rules, not convenience.

Responsible Gaming

Betting should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. Suerte99 provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools to every member. We actively promote responsible gaming and work to identify and support players showing signs of problem gambling.

Community First

Suerte99 is a platform built by people who understand Filipino gaming culture, not a generic product dropped into the PH market. Our promotions, market selection, and product roadmap are all influenced by what our community of players actually wants.

Speed and Reliability

Live odds that lag are useless. Withdrawals that take days are frustrating. Suerte99 invests in infrastructure to keep the platform fast during peak load — like MLBB Finals night — and to process payouts quickly and accurately.

Privacy and Security

Your data belongs to you. Suerte99 collects only what we need to operate your account safely, never sells personal information to third parties, and aligns our data practices with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

The People Behind Suerte99

A Team That Genuinely Loves the Game

There's no mystery behind Suerte99 — it's a team of bettors, gamers, and tech professionals who got tired of using platforms that treated the Philippines as an afterthought. The team spans product, engineering, odds trading, customer support, and compliance — but the common thread is that everyone here has a real stake in the platform working well.

Our odds traders track Philippine and international markets with the same intensity as the bettors using our platform. Our support team are evening streamers and weekend MLBB grinders who answer tickets because they actually want to help, not just clear a queue. Our product team tests every release on the same Android handsets and prepaid connections our players use.

Responsible Gaming

Suerte99's Commitment to Safer Betting

At Suerte99, we're genuinely proud of the platform we've built — but we're also realistic about what online betting is. It's entertainment that carries risk, and we have a responsibility to provide tools that help our players stay in control.

Every Suerte99 account comes with access to deposit limits you can set yourself, cooling-off periods if you feel like you need a break, and a full self-exclusion option if you want to step back for longer. These tools aren't hidden in a sub-menu — they're accessible from your account settings at any time.

We also actively monitor account behaviour for patterns that might suggest problem gambling. If our system or support team identifies a concern, we'll reach out proactively. You can always reach us directly at support@suerte99.best if you have concerns about your own play or someone else's.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

Cooling-Off
